according to us , UVCE is the top college and your rank is too low so its is impossible to get admission in UVCE with this rank. and even you can not apply as management quota because their is no management quota in UVCE.

well BMS is one of the top college in karnataka while you need have good percentage in the PUC and in case of KCET rank you need have less 7k rank for ECE branch while for aeronatical you should have less than 8k.

With 80-90 marks you get a good category rank,but CS,ME,EC can't be guaranteed in any of this colleges because there is high competition for these three.you can definitely get other branches based on your final JEE rank.Best of luck!
