I thin it would be a good option if you go for PSU and do 2-3 year ofjob and then go for higher studies abroad.But it totally depneds on your interest. Since, many who have just graduated will not know exactly what field to pursue in ECE. After doing job

1.Networking courses : you can do it networking course of 2 month in which you have study the topics related to networking like LAN, WAn, MAN, Protocol etc....its good field job after ECE.

2.Core

The colleges under TS - PGECET have their own eligibility for M.Tech program like if you talk about JAWAHARLAL NEHRU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY, HYDERABAD then the students with M.Sc (Electronics) are not eligible to apply.
