Both the branches are good in term of scope. You should choose the branch according to your interest and passion.
If we compare both the branches then CSE is the most demanding branch among students. It provides better placement and packages in comparison of electronics and communication.
Marine Cause I use specs and I was barred from giving exam. You will get six months holidays at marine jobs.
