Thapar ece would be a better option because VIT is only famous for CS/IT/ECE Branches and have high placement record for these branches........so choose wisely and choose after checking both college's website

Iam confused with these cse and ece branches. Which is best one a bit easier?

It's actually personal choice and interest which stream you want to choose. Both are equally challenging and interesting. One thing can differentiate between both is private sector and public sector job. Through CS getting a public sector job is difficult and through ECE you can grab an opportunity for it.
