No, both the branches are different from each other and you cannot pursue two full time courses together. So I would suggest you to choose anyone branch as per your interest and potential.

Hello Aspirants!

There is little bit chance to get cse but you can get ece in CIT coimbatore campus. Because every year cutoff is changed in engineering seats.
