  • M.Tech. (VLSI) Course

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you can get CSE or ECE in some of the lower NITs if you deserves Home State quota as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some

As per the previous year cutoffs, at 1.9 lakh CRL rank, you will not get CSE or ECE in any of the NIT's or IIT's

See, at this rank you can't expect a NIT, you will easily get CSE in state level and private colleges.

Dear Aspirant

There is a very big difference in the two branches you have mentioned, Mechanical has subjects like fluid mechanics, Thermodynamics, automobile engines, lathe machine, hydraulics, etc.

While on the other hand, EEE has subjects dealing with things like transformers, satellites, circuits and networks, etc.
