Both CSE and ECE are equally good , but which which one is good for you depends upon interests and requirements.

If you are interested in electronic and don't have interest in programming then  ECE can be a better option for you as it is all about electronics and

as you appeared for 3 aubjects to improve your subjects 2020, you need to upload the combine marksheets. Also your year of passing will be 2020 because in 2020 you passed three subjects with improved score. You dont need to mention passing year as 2019.
