Yes, candidates who have completed their bachelor's engineering (B.E/B.tech or its equivalent) in electronics and communication are eligible for air traffic controller.Candidates who have completed B.Sc with Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects are also eligible for ATC.

see your gate score is ok but you may not get chances in top ranked colleges for m.tech course in vlsi with this score. so I suggest you to also apply for other m.tech entrance exams like bits hd, vitmee, state government colleges exam also.
