Dear Aspirant,
Atfirst congratulations for your rank.
We all know that since the official cut-off details from the Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU), conducting authority of Assam Combined Entrance Examination (ACEE) hasn't released till now, it's quite impossible for anyone to make any accurate remark about the precise cut-off marks for this year of any college.
So I would like to recommend you to go through this following Careers360 article:
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/assam-cee-cutoff
https://www.careers360.com/colleges/assam-engineering-college-guwahati
Though the cut-off marks will vary every year depending upon several determining factors (like number of appeared canditates, number of successful candidates, total number of available seats, highest marks of ACEE 2022, difficulty level of question paper etc), still as per our assumption and after thoroughly analysing the previous year's cut-off details it can be definitely estimated that since you're an ST(P) category student you've enough possibilities to get admitted in your desired college i.e. Assam Engineering College, Guwahati in instrumentation department, but there might be little difficulties in ECE department.
You can easily get chance in any other departments in this renowned institutions like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunication etc.
Moreover your rank is perfectly suitable for many other Government and private engineering colleges in your state Assam, you can check there also.
Hope you'll get benefitted with the answer.
Wish you all the best.

Thank You
Dear Neeraj,
You will get a seat in Electronics in private colleges only through direct quota or management which costs a lot more than Government college, but the perk of government college is a lot nowadays. But what matters is the skill and interest to which you are gonna devote your life. So, hope you are understanding.
