With this rank you remain with limited branch options so you might not get the branch you want but there are some private colleges where you might get a seat. But, most important is you interest. Since this branch is the combination of 2 branches so you need to first analyse whether you like it or not. As whichever branch you choose, if you are not liking it then you cannot put your 100% efforts into it and in the end it will take you no where. So choose the one which you want to do.
