Actually both the collages are good.In the placements point of view both the collages are same but kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is good because Almost 140+ companies have visited this campus in 2017-2018 for placements.

can I skip chemistry to calculate top 20 percentile and add my vocational subject Electronics along with EVS, Maths, Physics and English?

To calculate top 20 percentile for Maharashtra ya any other board five subject will considered

  1. physics
  2. Chemistry
  3. Mathematics
  4. A language
  5. Any subject other than the above four

If the candidate has more than one 5th paper, the one with higher marks will be considered.

To take admission in any of IITs, NITs, CFTIs, IIITs, you need to have a minimum aggregate of 75% in this five subjects.

  1. Physics
  2. Mathematics
  3. Chemistry
  4. English
  5. Any other subject

Regarding EVS, you can confirmed by calling to Vashi Board, Maharashtra.
