Hello Kaushlendra Singh Rathore, Usually Mechanical Engineering has higher cutoff than Electrical and Electronics and Communication Engineering but differing college it can differ.It depends upon which college you are seeing as different college has different Faculties, Labs and other things.

see to make out the marks of top twenty percentile below subjects are considered,

Physics

Chemistry

Mathematics

A language and

Any subject other than the above four

so, you see that physics chemistry and mathematics are compulsory, so you can not replace them with any other subjects.

Passing marks for electronics 1 is 35 marks only in the Boards examination. You do not need to separately pass in the theory paper. It is ok if your theory+Internal assessment marks are greater than 35. So your internal marks will also get counted and lets hope you have done

last year I got 98.8 percentile in jee mains. In first round of jossa I got NIT Delhi electronics branch, I thought in next round I will get better college but in all other rounds i got a message you are not eligible for this round, why it happened??

Hello Aspirant,

Candidates allotted a seat in the first round must pay the seat acceptance fee (through SBI e-Challan/SBI NetBanking/SBI debit cards) and get the documents verified at any reporting center (josaa.nic.in) for provisional seat acceptance .If they are not doing this they won't be eligible for further rounds.
