You don't need to fill any special declaration  form to get points eligible. Actually when the eamcet marks card is released you have the option to see your actual PCM marks in the rank card. So I think you need not fill any declaration form. I hope this

Frankly there is huge competition to get for the SASTRA where as the time has been already completed to apply for the application where as SASTRA takes in through jee rank it should be under the 50k then you will have the chance

Sorry to say this but you cant get seat in ece of ku. You can get other branches like chemical, mechanical etc.., if you are from OC. You cant get seat in University but you can try in kits and womens college if you want ECE branch to be adopted
