I am sorry to say but with 2644 SC Category rank in JEE Advanced, you can't get a seat in any of IITs because the closing rank for SC Category is around 2100-2200.
You can try by girls quota if you are one.

Hello Arnav, can please mention the name of the engineering entrance exam. Without knowing the exam how could we predict the college. You can also mention your preferred states so that it would become more easier to predict your college. You can re-post your question with the full information.

I am sorry to say, but with this rank of 17000 no one can get a seat in IITs. Since, JEE Advance is conducted only for admission in IITs ,one cannot use this rank to get a seat elsewhere. So basically you cannot get a seat in IITs
