Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) provides two special rounds to fill the vacant seats in NITs. They take the crl rank that is common rnak or general rank in consideration for the listing. They publishes list for admission in Btech and BArch categories but general rank is considered.

Rajagiri is one of the best college. It has one of the best maintained campus in kerala in terms of infrastructure, locality and accessibilty and the hostels are good. Although Fisat is also good so here the decision is yours. But in my view rajagiri is good.

There are less chances that you will get admission in COOCH BEHAR Polytechnique college based on your General rank. You can try for admission in this college based on your SC rank.
