Sorry dear the application form is the only way to apply in the reserved category.If you have not mentioned it in the form then you will be considered as a general candidate.You can do one thing that if after some time application editing will be possible then you can do that.Also,you can apply again if time is left,as a fresh candidate and filling all info. correctly this time.A new application will cost you another application fee.

As there are two rounds to held for councelling, round 1 and round 2. Admissions for there rounds takes place for candidates who have registered for it and according to their choice preferences. Now all the seats which are left vacant during the first two rounds, for them a mop-up round is held. Here its like first come and first serve, the seat will be given to any candidate present who have qualified the exam.

Caste certificates are issued by State Govts and not by central govt.

Please approach the local authorities empowered to do this. Normally, Caste certificates are issued by the DM, on the recommendation of some lower authority, depending on the place of your permanent residence.

Seat allotment during admission in Nirma is done by three methods- 
1. For ACPC. In this only the students, if from Gujarat, are admitted and 50% quota are reserved for them
2. For Jee. 35% quota are reserved for them
3. For NRI and rest. 15% quota is reserved for them.
The fee for categories 1 and 2 are equal ie 1,67,000 annually and for NRI is 5000$ . Also there is some concession from Govt., SC, ST.

The eligibility of getting a college is just passing 12th, entrance exams.

As you've OC-KAMMA and EWS certificate, the chances actually increase.

I'll list down some important dates to get some updates :

AP EAMCET-Option Entry will be frozen for Second Phase -- August 12, 2019

AP EAMCET Phase 2 seat allotment -- August 14, 2019.

There is nothing such thing like best and worse to get into PSU because PSU requires skillful personnel. Among mechanical or civil, both have almost same number of recruitment.

But in little bit difference, Civil has little more recruitment.
