No you cannot apply for this examination because what has been mentioned in the information brochure of the Indian Navy is final and cannot be changed. If your date of birth lags the mentioned date then you cannot do anything and you can not apply for the same.

There is no physical test like running in RRB JE and SSC JE but there is a medical test in which your eyesight is tested in all the circumstances and conditions under the supervision of a government doctor. This medical test is the 4th stage of the process.
