Hello Sukhi,you have to pay only when your are selected for the college,You don't need to pay anything to them if you are not selected.If you selected,then you will be asked to pay them online and show the recipt to them while on counselling.

You had to download the admit card, it was not personally sent to anyone through any mail . You can download it through the official website the link of which I am sharing below this message. There are numerous other notices in addition to the notice for admit card.

Hello Suprabhat,unfortunately that rank is too low.Even the fourth round cutoff goes around like 7k-8k and that too for metallurgical engineering and production engineering.So,I would suggest you to look for other colleges that come under MH-CET.
