Yes you can get good colleges for Engineering wait till last CAP round  some of the colleges in Maharashtra accept this score like MGMCET APICET, Saraswati college of engineering and if not you can apply in management quota for other colleges and you will  get in engineering

I would prefer you MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur over GLA University Mathura as if it is one of the oldest and reputed institution of India which was established in 1951. Also it is a government college whereas GLA University Mathura is a private university.
