Hi aspirant, you have given the incomplete detail. For JEE mains and JEE advance you are eligible but for admission you need have to clear the JEE mains for NITs,IIITs and GIFTs ,and for IITs you need to qualify advance. Depend upon the marks you will be given a rank.

Percentile is calculated by the following method.

Suppose X no. Of students appeared for the exam. Let 50

Y students scored good in comparison to you then let5

Your percentile is =((X-Y)%X)*100

I am sorry to inform you that you will not be able to get any government college with this rank. You should gocus on good private colleges like ABESEEC , ABESIT , Galgotia in your counselling. There is no harm in placing government colleges as your top priority
