Yes you can apply for engineering process. But the problem is your tnea cutoff will be very low so you should not get admission through counselling. So they should not call you for counselling. Better you can get admission through management quota if you really want to study

Dr BC Roy engineering college, Durgapur is a private college and also it is a good college in terms of studies but in terms of placements it is not good at all. If we see their placement record they have worst placement as no training is given also
