Well it depends on the examination through which you are choosing computer engineering.

For example-If you are appearing for jee mains then you should score minimum of 120 to get a seat in a decent engineering college and in computer science field.

See, first with 57% marks i dont think you will get into NITs or IITs, as you donot fulfill the basic eligibility criteria of 75% or top 20 percentile.

So, i would say choose the colleges which have eloigibility criteria less then that you have scored.
