Having a look at the previous cutoff, it is shown that you have a fair chance of admission in MS Ramaiah College of Engineering. You fall well within the lines of cutoff with 9000 in COMEDK UGET.

But you won't be able to get admission in RV College

If you didn't got any seat in trail allotment,  than its not a problem. If your rank is vetter than last year closing rank,  than you will get seat in actual allotment during counselling.  You need to wait till the final round.
