Hi dear , AP EAMCET ranking is based on 75% eamcet score and 25% 10+2. Also the last year cutoff for general category was 45 and for ST/SC it was 35. So yes you can expect a good college. To know more visit the link

Yes definitely go for mmmut if you are not getting the best uptu college i.e. iet lucknow. It is a government college probably one of the best college of east up. The faculty is quite nice here and course circulum is quite updated. Placement are also quite good
