Well, every govt. engineering college gives reservation of seats. There are some private colleges too which do the same. 

You can surely use your rank in such colleges.

Even though you get a good rank in AP EAMCET, there are very less seats which are allocated for non local students. So I think that you may not make it into JNTUK or AU. So, first try for colleges in Telangana.
