What is your category? Even oc ,you have more chances in PSG Tech...you can try CEG,Guindy if that branch is available there 

Dear student, 10% reservation given to economically weaker class students is applicable on the rank released after the entrance exam. Some of the universities have increased their number of seats to accommodate these students, while some have adjusted it in the same number of seats itself.
