The vacancy for scientists is already out for this year. The registration process was done in July and the schedule for the next processes are given online. The admit cards will be available in August and the test will be conducted in October this year.

Usually it is asked to show the allotment order only, if in the documents required it is specifically mentioned that you need to produce a self reporting form that you can't download anymore, you can try and ask for the form when you go to the college. Sometimes
