Hello aspirant!! To get lateral entry in NIIT, you must be having 50% aggregate marks paas Diploma certificate or any equivalent course in that particular field in which you are willing to pursue admission as lateral enrty. Hope that helps!

The criteria says the participation Fee will be refunded after deducting the processing fee of Rs 1000, if no seat is allotted to the candidate.
There will be no refund if the candidate is allotted a seat in the Special Round
You can apply for refund if not reported to the allotted institute.
You can seek refund of seat acceptance fee through the online portal of JoSAA.
contact the people at the official site and little patience. you MAY get your refund by first week of august as per previous year trends

So you should have got 71 percent.

To get admission in IIT or nit

As you are a PCBM student in your 10+2 then you have good career  and  further studies options.

You can either go for engineering; for medicals; for b .ed(teaching); for researche by doing masters and phd; for commerce fiels too like accounting;etc.

Ultimately each field provides you different career opportunities and experinces.

But the main decision of xhoising any field depends totally upon you and your study intrests. So, choose wisely.

Get all your concepts correct and use the concepts in daiky things, not only for exams. Also in computer science, there is better scope because the world is ruled by computers now . If you have skills related to the field definitely you will be more valued .

For maths again there is research scope , more outside india.
