There are 100s of courses to be successful in life but why people choose only medicine & engineering

nimrat17799_9532496 Student Expert 23rd Jul, 2019
Hello,

Yes, obviously there are 100s of courses that can be choosen apart from medical and engineering...
We cannot say that only these courses have greater scope and good job opportunities but other courses like hotel management, fashion designing, interior designing, tele communication and many more these too have equal scope as that of Medical and engineering...

But most of the people opt only these 2 courses because it has become a type of trend to rush behind the crowd.. They don't even think that what they really want to do at their own..  They really have forgotten their existence and their skills in which they are perfect...

According to my point of view this is the onlg reason why its happening so.. And should be diminished to make our own choices and live them.. Not just run behind the crowd and stop where the crowd stops...

I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.

Arunachalam M Student Expert 23rd Jul, 2019

Sorry you have to be in top 20 percentile of respective board

Bihar state board cutoff is 354/500

So you should have got 71 percent.

To get admission in IIT or nit

Anyway don't worry try for private colleges and state college

Priya Student Expert 23rd Jul, 2019

Also in computer science, there is better scope because the world is ruled by computers now . If you have skills related to the field definitely you will be more valued .

For maths again there is research scope , more outside india.
