The starting of the classes through ts eamcet depends upon the type of college you have taken. But still most of the colleges will start from mid August.

Hello! If you withdraw your admission you will be defenitly refunded but there is a condition, for refund you need to withdraw your admission before the last round . So that they could allot your seat to someone else , hence the seat will not be wasted.
