All payments for CSAB 2019 have to be made through the SBI MOPS Payment gateway. If your debit card isn't working, here are some alternative payment options you can exercise to pay the fees through MOPS - 

• Net Banking through State Bank of India or any other Associate

You can either go for e challan or get some one who uses a net banking account. I'd personally recommend the latter because, many students are facing trouble regarding fee payment via e challan option. There isn't much time left so you should make haste.
