Category certificate is to be uploaded by such candidates who belong to any of the reserve category except general such as OBC,SC,ST, etc.

You need to upload the certificate issued by government authority with you name and category stated on the certificate.

Hello Ramakrishna, The TS PGECET 2019 counselling dates are not announced until now, and some of the websites shows that counselling will start in 4th week of july but its not happened. So, we have to wait for official confirmation from board about counselling and web options dates.

The counselling dates for PGECET is not anounced yet for Andhra pradesh and Telengana, we have to wait for official notification for PGECET board. When the notification released the registration link will be provided in official website for student registration and counselling fee payment.
