Yes you can withdraw from CSAB after 1st round of special round of counselling. In that case all your money, after deduction of Rs. 1500, will be returned back to you.

No, you still need to pay full fee of NIT if you get one next year.
However fee shouod not be a major issue as a NIT will increase your career prospects because of the placements and quality of education you get there..
Moreover you can get many scholarships

Hey Bumang! Yes both are one and the same thing both includes computer languages and software development. May be it vary from college to college that what they mention whether it is Computer science Engineering or Computer science and Engineering. So don't worry they both are same thing.
