Yes you can if you are thinking to prepare for KEA side by side of doing engineering it can be done but it is very difficult sice they both are entirely different domains.
You also have to give the KEA exam for medical again next year.

Yes this is a good college, it has good placements and there is a job mela for placements. The faculty is well qualified and are mostly PhD, classes are digitalized. Most of the placements are for Engineering students so if you are from engineering background then it would help

Ch Ranbir Singh State Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhajjar is an average rated public/government based engineering college. If we talk about the branch like Computer science engineering, then it holds some great support. Also it is newly established college in 2017,so not much can be talked about
The considerations for the category and CRL rank will be the same as in the JOSAA counselling process and there are no changes in it. Most of the colleges take admission under all the categories however, some colleges like BIT Mesra which doesn's consider OBC category are also there. Hope
