See there are many colleges under MHT-CET and with this percentile it is little bit difficult to get good branch in top college.
But you can expect branch like mechanical engineering,civil engineering, chemical engineering , electrical and electronics engineering with this percentile.

Yes ofcourse you can definitely take your exam from cs even if you did your BTech from ece. This is a confusing among many students but many students take there exam from a different branch than there own.

Preparatory rank is the approximate rank calculated based among all the students. The final rank list will be given after the preparatory rank list is considered. If any changes in the rank are done they will be given in the final merit list which will be released later.

If you haven't Locked that seat and didn't go for the physical document verification in that college then you can not get it back if it is not allotted to you in the subsequent rounds.

Hello shreya singh, you can take admission in B-Tech private colleges, but if you want to take admission in Government college, then you have a give a fresh exam. And according to their cut-off, you can get admission there. No alternate path for that is available.
You have not mentioned anything about which college or university you are asking.But in general you can withdraw a alloted seat by filling the withdrawl form as per the schedule of the counselling.Different unversities have different procedure but generally they refund the fee after deducting small amount.
