Well, since you're not interested in the college offered to you from the first round of counseling, but still you may wait upto the sixth round of counseling for availing any upgradation if possible, and finally if there is no upgradation, you may withdraw
You should change the gpa into the percentage to fill that in the councelling forms and acoording tp the grades fill in the marks obtained . You should mention there about the be degree and rest fill in the marks accordingly, this can be filled in the form.

Well, since you've completed your documents verification in the alloted nodal center, so you need not get your documents verified once again. If you got any upgradation, then you will be automatically considered for getting admission into the upgraded college.
