You have a good age so I think switching carrer will not be a good option. Otherwise you could have done b. Tech then go for higher studies i. e. m. Tech. But that will take long time. So I think you should start preparing for Bank and railways jobs.

Both SOCET and IITE are above average colleges for pursuing your career in B. Tech. The fees for both colleges are less than Rs. 1lac per year. The Placement scenario of SOCET is a lot better than IITE with companies like Amazon, Infosys, IBM, Polaris, Tata, etc. visiting
