You haven't mentioned whether your rank is displayed. This is important because if your 12th marks are not being displayed ideally you should not have a rank displayed as well. There are 3 reasons why a rank might not have been assigned in KCET:

The admission in KNIT, Sultanpur depends mainly on the merit list of Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE).

I think an OBC rank less than 3k in UPSEE would be sufficient for getting admission in KNIT,Sultanpur with CSE branch.

The correlation  between marks and percentage is not predicatble
