1. Faculty maybe great but again the crowd isn’t that encouraging in terms of studies . Very few students are interested in research aspects or doing something of value. 
2. Rules are pretty strict you’ll feel like a school kid 
3. The canteen food is overpriced and not at all worth it,

Yes you can get seat in Vardhaman Engineering College in any one stream with this rank, But if you are eligible for Fees Reimbursement the you will get free seat in this college and the government will bare the college fee, otherwise you have to bare the college fees also.
