First of all you have not mentioned about the state in which you got the CET rank of 33620, still i will answer it in general. So with the rank of 33620 you can get govt college but that would be bad and will be low in rank.

Hi aspirant, in my opinion, with this rank, it will be difficult for you to get cse there. The cut-offs there for cse usually higher. You might be able to get other branches but cse will be difficult. There is a slim chance but if you don't have better options
