As you mentioned that your father is a government employee you can not get fee reimbursement.Though you are a women you cannot get fee reimbursement as your father is a government employee. Fee reimbursement is given based on your parent income. No you cannot get fee reimbursement.

SSN kalavakkam is more cheaper than thiagrajar institute of technology Madurai. Also fees of IT at SSN has 1.8 lakh and that in thiagaraja is 3.08 lakhs. Also the ratings of both colleges are almost same.
