According to ALLEN coaching institute, if you are from a reputed IIT, your salary would be around 7 lakhs to 8 lakhs per annum for the first 2 years there. However, some institutes also offer 10 lakhs to 11 lakhs depending on the reputation of the IIT.

If we compare the two streams based on the number of job opportunities in the market, ECE has a much higher number. This is solely because ECE graduates can sit for most of the placements along with EEE and CSE graduates as well due to the shared background

Yes you can approach either of the FCs that have been set up near you location. As long as you have their stamp on you documents, you can approach any FC based on your convienence  but i'd say stick to one FC if you can
