When we can apply for the fee refund in csab

Tamajit Biswas Student Expert 23rd Aug, 2019

Hi Rajeev,

Post your admission process, then at least a period of a few months later a notice will be issued by your college and CSAB to apply for a refund by filling an online form. Afterward, a list will be published having the names of the candidates and their eligibility from your college and finally you’ll get your refunds back. This whole process takes a good period of time. But, that may vary from college to college, amount to be refunded, category, and other factors.

If you are someone who didn’t take admissions then you will get your money refunded soon.

BEST WISHES!

I have notfreeze the seat in cap1 and participated in cap2 and also i get seat allotment in cap2 but now i want cap1 seat . how could i do ?

Ritik nakra Student Expert 22nd Aug, 2019

Hey Shikha! Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) is the process through which seats are allotted to the participating candidates. If you have not freeze the seat in CAP first round so it is not possible for you to get the same seat again if it is not free. Since you have been alloted a different seat in second round you can go with that seat.

HOW TO START THE PREPARATION FOR GROUP-II

Tamajit Biswas Student Expert 23rd Aug, 2019

Hi Krishna,

The Andhra Pradesh PSC Group 2 Mains exam consists of three papers in total that being:

  • Paper 1: Current Affairs, General Studies, Aptitude and Reasoning.
  • Paper 2: Andhra Pradesh History, Indian Polity, and the Constitution.
  • Paper 3: Indian Economy and Andhra Pradesh Economy.

Each paper carries 150 marks and thus the total marks of the exam are 450.

The cutoff for the exam is usually above or equal to 350.

Segregate the topics under each paper and devote 1 hour daily to each of the topics daily. Make a target of covering at least 12 topics in a day. For current affairs, read the daily newspaper the first thing in the morning and note down the important facts and headlines. Although most of the syllabus requires mugging, I would suggest you understand what your area of study as much as possible.

Give in total hard and dedicated work. Be true to giving in the hours daily towards your preparation and surely you will succeed.

BEST WISHES!

Suppose candidate ko cast obc hai our income ten lakh hai to use obc category ka benefit milega ya nahi pls

kartikjain2548 Student Expert 25th Aug, 2019

Hello,

For the purpose of OBC categorisation based on annual income government salary income is not counted. If your father's income is from government salary working as a class 1 or class 2 officer or agricultural land then you are eligible for obc reservation. But if this income is from business or private sector then you are ineligible.
