You can apply for private BDS colleges in Karnataka via the 15% All India Quota. Since you don't belong to Karnataka, you cannot apply for the 85% state quota. However, you can apply for the 85 percent state quota of Kerala.

Dear Maria, you have forgotten to mention the type of counseling you are referring to. Nevertheless generally your first allotment gets cancelled if you opt for second, unless you have joined college you got allocated to in first allotment.
