You have not mentioned any particular scholarship you are talking about. You should mention a detailed query so I can answer your query. There are various scholarships granted to students who meet the eligibility criteria by concerned government/institute who is providing the scholarship.

In your case since you are a resident of UP, the government is providing scholarship to students who belong financial weaker section. The scholarship is provided at various level from pre metric to post metric degree programme and even to those who are studying in any other part of the country.

The application process for the 11th and 12th students started from 08th July and will last till 07th November for 2021-2022 session. You can register for the scholarship online by visiting SAKSHAM portal.

For EWS criteria the conditions that needs to be fulfilled are as follows:-

1. One should not own more than 1000 sqft of flat.
2. One should not own more than 5 acres of land.
3. One's family income should not cross 8L per annum.

Now if your conditions are fulfilled and your certificate is made then it is valid for that year even if in that year your family income or land crosses the given criteria.

You need not worry if you have got your certificate it is valid for that year itself.

If you are selected in Tution Fee wavier Scheme by REAP. Then as the name suggests you tution fee for all the semesters is freed. So you have to only pay the other fees like development fees, library fees etc. And it depends from college to college because all the colleges have different fees structure. So to know your fees take your college fees structure and remove tution fees from it.

As you have secured 92 percentile let me tell you that you can get colleges like BIT Bangalore, RV college of engineering, Acharya Institute of Technology,BMS College of Engineering.

But in these college you would get lower branches like civil, chemical, mechanical, electrical branches.

However various factors are considered such as number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and difficulty level of the examination.

Yes you can change your college

You just have to take transfer and migration certificate from your present university / college and submit it in the college where you want to take admission
