sorry to say diploma pass candidates are not eligible to participate in tnea counselling if candidates have not completed the HSC or 10+2 exam, tnea counselling is based on 10+2 score, 500+ engineering colleges participated in the exam , candidates from other state also participated in this counselling process.
The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidates Etc.

Hello student its depend on college to college. For NIT and IIIT candidates must need minimum 75 percent marks in class 12. As eligibility criteria says that
