Yes you can get admitted to B.Arch if you have qualified NATA and what course you had pursed previously i.e diploma in civil does not stop you from getting admitted into B.Arch once you qualify NATA

With the category rank you have mentioned ie 3393, there are very less chances of getting cse/IT in top nits. But with this rank you will definitely get north eastern nits like nit sikkim, manipur,mizoram.

University of Hyderabad (UOH) is the only GFTI college in Hyderabad.

I can provide you the previous years Opening Rank (OR) and Closing Rank (CR) for OBC category candidates, there is NO special cutoff for OBC (Girl) candidates.
