Hello student its depend on college to college. For NIT and IIIT candidates must need minimum 75 percent marks in class 12. As eligibility criteria says that
Candidates must have passed class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks in class 12 from a recognized board.
Hello student if I compare between engineering and architecture which to choose to build a good future career then I'll suggest you to go with engineering as engineering is a diverse and growing field every day.
To get admission in good engineering college you need to appear in jee main.
