The allotments are done on the basis of GMR and PMR only which is General Merit Rank for engineering aspirants and Pharmacy Merit Rank for pharmacy aspirants. You will not be alloted any college on the basis of TFW rank. You can predict the colleges you can get

               I am here to answer your query. Sorry to say this if you don't have a UP domicile certificate you can't for UP state counseling for state quota seats. So, in that case, you can only apply for All India Quota for Up seats.

There are two types of Eamcet AP Eamcet & TS Eamcet. You haven't mentioned which type of Eamcet.
