Programming is the thing which can land you into a complete different world and you xan fetch excellent jobs with this skill. The best way to get started with programming is to start with basics. You can start with HTML and can gradually move to languages like C, C++. But please make sure you have good knowledge of these languages before you go to Java, Python etc. Learn the basic codes and their functionality and try to express them into something new. For example if you learn star Pattern in C try to make inverted star pattern by yourself. It would help to learn fast.

As you talk about biotechnology engineering is good or bad so biotechnology is not considered as such a good course nowadays. As there is lesser opportunity for the high paying salary with this course.But if you really want to do this course ,so you can go for master studies so it's give you good salary.

It depends if it will be available in the higher studies. If it is there at any college then for sure you can do specialisation in that domain. You can even join that branch now in BIPC but it needs your rank and marks are good and satisfying the eligibilty and selection criteria. If you are eligible then you should for the branch now.

Yes seat gets cancelled that you were alloted during first counselling. If you have already took a DD at the first college you can cancel it and get refund.

The authorities have announced the seat allotment result for CSAB UT 2019 on August 10.
CSAB 2019 for SFTIs will not be conducted this year due to minimum participation of SFTIs. National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli has previously declared the first and second allotment of CSAB NEUT and CSAB Special Round in online mode.
Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) conducts counselling and admission of all the JEE Main qualified candidates in NITs, IIITs and CFTIs. The admission process of CSAB 2019 are for institutes which fall under category of NEUT (for North-Eastern States and Union Territories), SFTI (Self Financed Technical Institutes) and for Supernumerary Seats in Union Territories. Separate rounds are held each for NEUT, special round and Supernumerary seats.
The counselling of CSAB 2019 is held after the conclusion of final round of JoSAA 2019. The final round of JoSAA 2019 seat allotment has been concluded on July 19. Candidates are required to register in online mode for participating in CSAB 2019.
It is important that candidates first check the complete eligibility criteria of all the channels and then only proceed to fill the application form of CSAB 2019 through the respective channel. Those candidates who registered for CSAB have to fill their choice of colleges and courses in the order of their preference. The seat allotment of CSAB 2019 will be done on candidates’ JEE Main merit, choice filling and seat availability.
