To get seat im AAT exam i.e Architecture Aptitude Test, only those candidates who have qualify JEE Advanced Exam are eligible.

So it's not quite easy to get the seat for AAT exam as you must have qualify the JEE Advanced exam.

As you said that you got 80% in mht..then these percentage is sufficient to get admission in any engineering college except iit or nit colleges..you can get Admission in any private colleges...
